Placing an order with BlingKing24.com is easy. Nevertheless we will explain the order process to you on this page, the short version as well as the detailed version.
Short version:
-> Browse shop and put items in your shopping cart
-> Click on "checkout" in the shopping cart or on the top-right of the site
-> If no customer yet, create a customer or guest account
-> Confirm shipping details and costs
-> Choose payment method and accept General Terms and Conditions
-> Confirm and submit order
-> Done!
Detailed version:
1. Find the items you want to buy by browsing our shop and add them to your shopping cart by either clicking the “Buy Now” button on the products overview page or the “Add to Cart” button on the product details page.
2. Once you’ve added an item to your shopping cart the shopping cart page with the item just added will appear. Below the listed item(s) you can choose whether you want to continue shopping or go to checkout. If you want to keep shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” button whereupon you will be directed to the main page of our shop, from where you can browse our shop for additional products you want to add to your cart. When you have finished shopping and are ready to place the order for your selected items click on the “Checkout” button to go to the first page of the order form.
3. If you are not a customer yet, you will now be asked to either create a customer account or a guest account. The advantages of a customer account will be presented to you. If you have decided on a customer or a guest account you must now enter your relevant data to process your order. Please provide us with your name and your address so we know where to send your order. Also, we need a correct(!) e-mail address to which we will send your order confirmation e-mail, which includes important information, e.g. payment details. In addition we will ask you for a phone number in case you are not reachable via e-mail for once. Finally you will have to secure your data with a password (does not apply to guest accounts) and then click the “continue” button.
4. After creating your guest or customer account you will be directed back to your shopping cart where you click the “checkout” button again.
5. You are now on the “Shipping Options” page, where shipping details and costs are shown to you. Also you are able to select a shipping address that differs from your billing address. Click “continue”.
6. The next step is to confirm or change your billing address, select a payment method and add personal comments. Then put a tick to the “I accept your General Terms of Use and have taken note of the Right of Withdrawal” box and click “continue”.
7. On the last page of the order process please check the accuracy of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments. Click the “Confirm Order” button on the bottom of the page to submit your order.
You will now see the checkout success page confirming you successfully placed an order with us.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, direct debit or PayPal you will be directed to the corresponding payment service provider page first where you will have to enter your relevant data to complete your payment. Then you will be redirected to the checkout success page.
Within minutes you will get an order confirmation e-mail as well. At the time of shipment you will receive another e-mail confirming that we will have shipped your order (including a tracking code). If you have created a customer account you can always check your order status on your personal account page.
