DIRECTebanking (a.k.a. sofortbanking):

DIRECTebanking.com (a.k.a. sofortbanking) is a free, ISO certified online payment system of the Payment Network AG. Your advantages: no additional registration, automatic debiting from your online bank account, highest safety standards and immediate shipping of stock goods. In order to pay with DIRECTebanking.com you need your eBanking login data, that is bank connection, account number, PIN and TAN.
It is an easy to use direct credit transfer system based on the high security standards of online banking and a German TÜV certified data privacy. The customer does not have to register, does not have to fund a virtual account and does not need a credit card. Using the secure payment form, not accessible for any merchant or third party, the customer automatically triggers a credit transfer to the merchant. The settlement is directly performed on the merchant bank account within bank transfer times (0-2 days). The key benefit as compared to normal credit transfer is the instant confirmation of the order sent to the merchant allowing an instant delivery of goods and services.

DIRECTebanking works for a majority of banks in the following countries: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

Standard Bank Transfer:



Pay conveniently, easily and securely by bank transfer. The bank account details will be sent to you per e-mail immediately after you have placed an order with us. Just transfer the amount invoiced to our bank account. After receiving payment we will ship your order immediately within the stated shipping time.

Note: Time and again we experience that e-mails do not arrive due to full mailboxes or spelling mistakes. Since all the important information to complete your payment is in these e-mails, please ensure carefully that you enter your e-mail address correctly and that your mailbox is not full! Please have a look at your spam/junk mail folder as well, as it happens from time to time that our e-mails get moved there by certain spam/junk mail filters (especially by free-mail providers like GMX or Hotmail).


PayPal:



PayPal is a subsidiary of eBay. It is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information. When you pay by PayPal your e-mail address acts as a virtual account. You can fund your PayPal account by bank transfer, direct debit, Giropay or credit cards like Visa, MasterCard or American Express and pay thereby. We pay all applicable fees! There will be no further costs for you. To pay by PayPal you need to register a free account there. More information about PayPal can be found on their website.

Important: Your PayPal shipping address is binding for us! So please make sure that the shipping address you select for your order in our shop does not differ from the shipping address you select on PayPal!

Credit Card:



We accept payments by VISA and MasterCard. If you pay by credit card we will charge your credit card shortly before shipping your order.
Legal note: Unfortunately, credit card fraud is very common nowadays. Therefore we will share the risks of credit card misuse with a specialized partner. We hereby make you aware of the fact that we will assign the claim for payment - irrevocably and in its entirety - to the company Secupay AG. The assignment is subject to the condition precedent that Secupay accepts the assignment. The Secupay AG will therefore charge your credit card with the amount due to us.
Important: Please note that for credit card payments the shipping address must not differ from the billing address. Also, orders paid by credit card cannot be delivered to PO boxes or the like.

Unfortunately, credit card payments are only available to customers with shipping and billing addresses in Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland.

COD – Cash On Delivery:

Pay the amount due to postman or parcel service on delivery. Please understand that we have to charge an additional fee of 8.-€ for COD shipments (7.-€ for Germany). COD is not available as a shipping option for all countries – see a list of all countries applicable here.
Please note that COD fees also apply when shipping is otherwise free (e.g. for order over 99€ within Germany).
Important: Please note that for COD orders the shipping address must not differ from the billing address.


Direct Debit Authorization:



The probably most convenient payment method for you is paying by direct debit authorization. Just enter your bank account information in the relevant input fields during the order process. We will charge your bank account with the amount due. As stated above, all your data is a 100% safe since we use highly secure 128bit SSL encryption technology when sensitive data is submitted.
Legal note: Unfortunately, payments by direct debit authorization always bear the risk of uncovered accounts or unjustified negative booking operations. Therefore we will share the risks of direct debiting with a specialized partner. We hereby make you aware of the fact that we will assign the claim for payment - irrevocably and in its entirety - to the company Secupay AG. The assignment is subject to the condition precedent that Secupay accepts the assignment. The Secupay AG will therefore charge your bank account by direct debit authorization with the amount due to us.

Important: Please note that for direct debit payments the shipping address must not differ from the billing address. Also, orders paid by direct debit cannot be delivered to PO boxes or the like.

Unfortunately, direct debit authorization is only available to customers with a German bank account at the moment.
